Fabian has a proven track record of improving and developing coaching abilities. Since retiring as a player, Fabian notably coached the Milwaukee Admirals, the men’s ice hockey team at Dalhousie University, the Moncton Wildcats in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, and the Woodstock Slammers of the MJAHL. He has helped many coaches to develop their skills, enabling them to pass on a wide breadth of knowledge effectively to their players.
